You can't be serious. The measurables, pocket presence, ACCURACY, and skill set is completely different from King. This isnt the same BS from the last 20 years. The actual reality of this situation is..they have an NFL caliber Quarterback with 3 Veteran Wrs at the collegiate level. Restrepo has legit NFL skills along with Jacolby George & Ray Ray Joseph with 3 underclassmen who are fast and athletic ASL. If this Oline and 2 rbs remain healthy Miami has the potential to be the most explosive offense in the ACC this year. Not in all of college football but...the ACC.

The offense didn’t look that good. All the QBs we inaccurate on some easy throws that should never be missed, Cam was very inconsistent with the deep ball, the run-game wasn’t all that good at what Mario wants to do, and a hobbled DLine got way more push than it should have against an OLine with high expectations. Even that first TD to Horton was atrocious play by the DB - it wasn’t even a mesh route - the DB just forced himself to alter his track by not communicating with the LB and then hesitated to go over his own guy to stay in trail. Rewatch it and see how many successful offensive plays were due to really poor defensive technique and effort. That isn’t to say that there weren’t several really bright spots and high quality throws from Cam (like the Ny Carr catch in 2Q), but the VAST MAJORITY of Cam’s success was on passes within 10 yards of the LoS and his stats were due mostly to YAC that came from really poor tackling. The statistical offensive performance wasn’t due as much to excellent offensive execution as it was poor defensive play. It just wasn’t.
