No no you can only install it using trollstore.... That is meant to be installed with trollstore... If you find a version which can be sideloaded, sure you can use that one with Altstore or sideloadly..
No bro. But stay put.... Good things might come. But recently devs have been trying and failing to install trollstore to 17.0... we need to wait. For 17.0.3, there may come some kind of exploit to get us some goodies. Again, patience is the key.

I did not test od1n for so long but in my one day test it was fine. Why not try dopamine, it is stable too

Hey Burhan why can’t I inject tweaks in the game that I just bypassed?
Actually it hides the jailbreak files from the app you bypassed so when you try to inject the files are hidden ... I guess that explains the issue.

Unfortunately you can't. As dopamine is rootless you can not install Cydia on it. It is only for rootful jailbreaks such as palera1n
