Am trecut la mâzgalit un tablou am autism dar mă tratez, de normalitate sunt plictisită.
Este minunat că ai găsit o modalitate de a te exprima prin artă. Desenatul sau pictatul poate fi o formă excelentă de terapie și auto-exprimare, mai ales pentru persoanele cu autism. Poate ajuta la reducerea stresului, îmbunătățirea concentrării și oferirea unui sentiment de realizare și bucurie.
Autismul vine cu propriile provocări, dar și cu perspective unice și abilități speciale. E important să găsești activități care îți aduc satisfacție și te ajută să te exprimi. Dacă te simți plictisită, poate ar fi util să explorezi noi tehnici de artă, să încerci alte forme de exprimare creativă sau să te alături unor grupuri de suport unde poți împărtăși experiențele tale cu alții.
Dacă ai nevoie de resurse suplimentare sau sfaturi, există multe organizații și grupuri online care oferă suport și idei pentru persoanele cu autism. Un exemplu este Asociația Help Autism din România, care oferă suport și informații utile.
Felicitări pentru determinarea ta și pentru efortul depus în tratarea autismului. Continuă să explorezi și să te bucuri de activitățile care îți aduc satisfacție. Dacă ai întrebări specifice sau ai nevoie de idei suplimentare, sunt aici pentru a ajuta!
