you didn't need the accel ,CMD's charged accel does only 9 dmg to operators (both npc and players)

iirc it does the same amount of limb damage so it can decapitate aswell, besides its pretty cool so yeah

@@BlisteredCrimson tested a long time ago. it does not do any damage and the only 9 DAMAGE is from the explosion
