I experienced astral travel some 14 yrs back when I was 24 ..i was about to feel asleep ..sudenly I was seeing stars around me and was in space and travel here n there in second and in last I was in a kind of a tunnel ..and in second I was in my body ... that was a wonderful experience ..
When i shared this experience with one of my close relatives having some spiritual knowledge .. He said here after dont go in such meditations... You have to take prior permissions from Respected Guru...before sitting for deep meditation. So you should have blessings of Highly powerful Guru... to bring you back from your meditation. Otherwise you can loose your sensations, or your mind control. There is no other way to bring you back to the normal life without Guru.
