Different horses for different courses. They’re both very good at what they do. Chad doesn’t work with fibreglass…Paul doesn’t work with sheet metal (that I’ve seen).
I agree we both work differently but yes I definately do work in sheet steel, I just think fibreglass is the best way for a car build especially in the UK where the weather is so damp steel cars simply rot away overtime.
When bad chad said his was the only car with a bike transporter in the back I left a comment saying wrong Paul bacon is making one and when I mean making I mean making.love this channel
@@seemonster77 yes you are right.chad is all well and good but hardly ever if ever completely finishes a project.Paul's work is sculpted and always finished to the highest of standards. What a guy.
@@craiggillespie8426 I have been watching Chad for about 2 years already. in 2 years, not a single project was completed. It is fine for a little while but it gets very repetitive. Of course they have every right to do exactly as they please. They made a video to explain that finishing a project is expensive and they get most views when they do the actual chop and weld part. I commented recommending they auction off a project to the fans. Then that fan pays for all the expensive bits to get done and the fan gets to choose the color and whatnot, and they get to film the fan receiving the car etc etc.. That's make some good watching..
Thank you for the support. I doubt Bad Chad gives a **** about my builds, he is lucky enought to make a fantastic living from his work. I would be happy with a 10th of his viewers :))))

That truck would look gorgeous next to all the rat rods at the Peterson car museum or next to some of Tim Roth’s funky art cars! Oh man, what an idea! You should take your truck to the U.S. and enter the National Hot Wheels Legends tour! If your truck wins, they make a hot wheels of your truck and it goes down in the history books. How’s that for a slice of fried gold!

Incredible ! I am not that pateint with that many incredible amount of tiny details. You had to get a few bruises on your forehead from banging your head on the wall ! You're really amazing just how far you'll take your ideas. I'm still looking for my creativity to come through the oyster shell sort of speak but, my 1-2 hours a day practicing every day has led to other great things. Last October I was still in a wheelchair after several falls and surgeries but, starting with one small thing it, kept me pushing through an enourmous amount of pain and yet, celebrations. I can walk 8 blocks with a walker now I still have problems but, these little wins makes it worth it ! Congratulations on all your sucesses in all you do ! You've been a great encouragement as I would watch most all of your videos every week ! I still do because I really want and neeed to find my creativity ! Have a great weekend and following week !
I'm so happy to hear about your waking progress, great work. The pinstriping projects sound great too. Just need to get on with the bodywork now, sanding, sanding, sanding etc etc etc........
Thanks you have been a great inspiration for me. I watched and watched all of your videos soo many times ! I can see the difference in a big way now. Thanks for that. There was a freak snowstorm in the beginning of September years ago and it snowed 14" over night. It collapsed the roof of his garage and the roof of the truck at the same time. Needless to say it holds 16 liters or more now. I want to make something from it I just don't know what yet. I drove a Semi truck years agoo I think you call them Lorries. That was a short career seeing that my trainer fell asleep at the wheel after driving only an hour and took us over a 20 foot or10 meters bridge. Life can change in an instant. couldn't you use a threaded rod attached to an electric motor and nut attached to the bullet panel to actuate it pulling in and out? Instead of the chain and gears.
Love what you do Paul…many times I’ve commented on your ‘genius’. Never thought you’d stoop to having a dig at a fellow custom car builder…that’s just disappointing. There’s enough room in the world of ‘RUclips’ for more than a few of you. From my understanding Chad said he’d ’never seen’ another vehicle built to carry a bike in the back. He doesn’t spend any time online…doesn’t even own a mobile phone….and just says what he thinks/knows.
Hello and thanks for the message. I wasn't having a dig at Bad Chad at all, I have been messaged so many times about his motorbike hauler, I don't watch it. I agree there is plenty of room for all car builders anywhere, the more the better in my eyes. Bad Chad and I are very different, he uses cool cars and modifies them and I make my own bodies. Unfortunately living in the UK there isn't that many cool cars around to start with. Thanks for the message
@bacop001 sorry if I took your comment the wrong way. I think you're an absolute genius at what you do...and can't understand why you don't have a much bigger following. There's only 3 custom car builders I enjoy watching on youtube/fb. Chad, Ian Roussel and yourself. Pretty sure Chad doesn’t give a damn whether or not you watch…he gets ‘hundreds of millions’ of views…and is making LOTS of money doing what he loves. The custom world is big enough for many people.

I think a few people have, I haven't seen it but all car builders deserve appreciation as its such a hard job, but we all tackle it differently.

Thanks for the suggestion but I have spent the last 5 days getting those panel gaps perfect, so happy with it now :)
