I WANT THIS TO BE A episode, testing pve avenger titan versus vhrt with the yoke? idk the format that is best, but THIS is what i want to try, i said dcm because that what i expect to do. but i want to know this tooooo!!!
I bought the tca yoke pack boing edition yoke is working great but the throttle is not connecting to the simulator software please help me to canect the throttle control to software.
I know it not the point, but how would it work flying a p-51 mustang in dcm just out of curiosity. Would it be hard to barrel roll? I really like the idea of the yoke, I just wonder how might it work in situations it wasn't designed for....i can be more specific i just don't want to ramble on.
Wow... Nice to see TM stepping up their game! A request: Put some (Velcro attached?) Skirting around the sim rig during at least 1 of your pan shots, so we ONLY see the new gear attached to the rig & where you had it placed. The motion rig itself is very distracting. 😁
The yoke is great, but the throttle is absolute ass - it's as wobbly and plastic as it looks. To anyone reading - don't get the pack. Get the TM yoke and get a get a Honeycomb Bravo throttle. I was really surprised how cheap the actual TM throttle was for the price.
I somewhat disagree that it is "Ass", but acknowledge that its mostly plastic. I agree that money well wasted on higher quality isnt wasted, but, some people will be very interested in the fact that TCA resembles and functions like the real Boeing Throttle.
@@NOOBIFIER1337 There are people on Etsy selling Boeing-style lever kits for the Honeycomb Bravo. I'd love to see a video comparing a kitted Bravo to this TSA quadrant.
@@NOOBIFIER1337 Perhaps Honeycomb would lend one to a RUclipsr with 73,000 subscribers? Or you might have a subscriber in your town who could lend you one? Sorry for being obnoxious. But I cannot find a head-to-head review, and this is real money.
Man! You did not even talk about the materials like you did in the VKB Evo review. I mean you absolutely trashed that controller because it was all plastic. In fact after watching that video I decided to hold off and look at over options like the WinWing F16 which is about $100 more but it is all metal. Now I don't know what to think. I have an X52 that is still in working condition but it feels like a toy and I wanted something better.
The only way to fly the starfarer me thinks! Nice one Noob! 👍
Correction: Thrustmaster Cougar was potentiometers based, only Warthog was done with Hall effect magnetic sensors.
Good timing, I just installed MSFS2020 this week. Giving il-2 & DCS a rest.
Thank you. What about using the Yoke with SC (along with a throttle), particularly for the MSR. Do you feel it would bring higher immersion?
great question!! I want to know
Excellent review, thank you for sharing this!
Great review. I'd love a set of controllers like that for FS, but I barely have space to store my wheel and sticks when not in use.
What we wouldn't give to have that motion rig setup ... and the control yoke and quadrant look great in that rig.
Any current pros/cons to using this with Star Citizen? Didn’t know if you had put some testing into the sim pit on that game yet.

Wish Virpil would come out with a yoke and quadrant...
Yeah....I love virpil but I just got my mount three days ago and I ordered that on black Friday........
They are coming out with one. I pre-oredered!
@romans6696 as did I. But Thank you for the heads up!
I wonder how this would be with a Prop-Liner like the PDMG DC-6. But would need 2 full quadrants to handle Throttles and Mixtures.

There is a small switch “1&2” “3&4” did you try this?
@@NOOBIFIER1337 ya I tried that but it's not working. I am using the flightgear simulator software

I mean… it’s a precise game controller, I’m sure it would do all of that

It is nice they are stepping up but no I can not put anything on or around the moving parts of the simulation rig
Can you use it for star citizen
Yes, there is no reason you couldn’t

@@ronstewtsaw I would need a Bravo for this to occur.

It’s all metal inside. It weighs like 15 Lbs
@@NOOBIFIER1337 Ah well that is good as it's like $500 for the kit.
