After Scalia closed the Indian operations, the only Scalia buses under active use are mainly on Kerala or towards South routes. SRS owned one and used for a limited time on NH4. I think lack of maintenance options limits the usability of the vehicle on longer routes. It was a good brand and would we Indians would have got good travel options if this was still in the market. @ash - please compare your experience in Scans with that of a Volvo bus

The main reason behind lockout scania in India was Indian management teams Hypocrisy. They not ready give for preparence to Indian customers requirements.
They blindly depends on their Agenda
Such as Only sitting arrangement, no sleeper berth.
Then painted white colour only. After purchase customer repaint this vehicles. Here also rude behaviour.
Then poor built quality. The main fault is water leakages.
