Incidentally, here are the dates of the next few concerts/events I'll be playing at in May, for those who might be around the South of France this month! May 8th : with Michel C and Lukas Suzzi (who's back from Denver for a short visit!) in Bessan May 17th : with Roland Devocelle (sax) & Thierry Mariétan (doublebass) at the Blue Fox, Agen May 19th : with Michel and Lukas Suzzi at the Caravanserail, Les Vans May 30th : with Michel at Le Théâtre de la Bicyclette, Lodève.
Nice to hear your back from galavanting all over the place…it’s refreshing to travel & realign yourself ,perception is everything…sounds real dreamy & introspective…love it…the art is magnificent…welcome back my friend.
Many thanks for your unwavering support, Reeka! I'm glad to be back at last! the thing about galavanting around when you're a drummer is... you can hardly carry your drums with you! should've thought more about this when choosing an instrument! :P
A very intimate-sounding and introspective performance. I like the interplay between Cheryl's more "pointillistic" approach against Max's linear lines and "changes." All three of you sound great!
Thanks so much, Karl! I'm enjoying those virtual sessions a lot! I'm having a great time exploring the more mellow, impressionistic side of free jazz with Max & Cheryl (compared to some of the more "eruptive" style of free improvisation I sometimes play with Michel!) Hope you're both well! 💜
I always love the atmospheres you conjure up with these pieces. So calm, yet explorative and spiritual. Wonderful stuff - my day just got off to a great start!

Very inventive flute playing, and the floating accompaniment I think really helps it to compliment the abstraction of the painting.
Good job!
thanks again! Cheryl's great player, I love her sensitive style!
Adhbutavada sangeeta 👏👏👏

cool paintings, such a young talent, great music so fluid and always changing you are all in sync yet on your own path
thnk you so much, im re-emerging on youtube after a rather long-ish break, thanks for the kind feedback!
Wonderful ethereal music that has the same spirit as the paintings showing no boundaries to your imaginations. (Good luck with the gigs too). 👍
