Yes. This and the song at the beginning of episode 6 in season 4 as well. The music they had chosen really brought out the emotions we felt along with the characters. The recent seasons of TWD are so different from the 1st few seasons, don’t feel the same connections with the characters.

This song, and "civilian" by wye oak make me feel like I'm in the zombie apocalypse with the cast of the show. They have a really talented way of picking songs that dig deeper into your emotions, and it's so amazing.

When this song was played on The Walking Dead, I downloaded it, and put it on repeat a heck of a lot. However, at the time, I was also heavily into the Death Note series. So, for some reason, I now associate this song with L, rather than Hershel...
