hey! sorry for saying but about the last one with the arm around the other.. I am struggling with it sometimes to but it helps to make the arm a little bigger, that way it wil go over the body more easily! hope it helps!☺️

For the custom pose one you could put the arm on a greenscreen and put it on with your editing app but idk if u can do that in capcut
Yeah but i found it way easyer to just have the arm a lil bigger
