Find efficient keybinds that don't get in the way. Mousebutton and scroll wheel feels the most efficient I've seen, but also other buttons by your space bar that you can press with your thumb can work really well.
I know Dare Matt uses G for lethal and 2 for switch. Which is really hard to use in my opinion. But he is debatably the fastest sniper and he's crazy.
Other than that, practice, practice, practice.
