Looks good despite the dust - unless you have flipped the plastic top of your CPU block around (you can unmount it from the bottom with the 4 screws and flip it 180 degrees) then you have the inlet an outlet mixed up on the block. From the looks of the loop you run coolant in on the left side. Right side is the stock inlet. It won't gain you much - maybe half a degree or more though.
