Leak call Cambridge

Interior damage in the bedroom
Suspect , the pipe penetration.
Once on the roof saw the broken ridge cap.
Inspected documented and addressed
Temporary fix attempt to stop leak ( not pretty)
Request to estimate from home owner..
I Responded with request to file a claim for hail damage.
Home owner replied insurance claim had been denied-- second party inspector had flown a drone over- didn’t get on the roof- didn’t approve hail damage
I would like to request a re- inspect with contractor on site.
