I can definitively say that I wasn't able to stop crying at the end of the movie. I dead ass went and bought as much of his music as I could.
I'm a 6 ft 3 man at 300 lbs, who boasts I haven't cried since childhood!! Turns out I've been missing out😭
I lost my best friend a couple years back, he was walking home and seen a house on fire so he went in and got everyone out, he went back to check and never made it out, I miss you Dude. We are not nearly as good as you guys but we would sing our hearts out to any song that came on the radio. These songs of Sammy and Zach help me with remembering all the great times we had. Thank You Sammy, RIP Zach, may you and Cody sing your hearts out up there.

2021. keep Zach's memory alive🥺💝
His music has now reached the Netherlands. I lost my 16-year old sister to osteosarcoma back in 1998. Zach is a real inspiration and reminds of my sister, who also smiled despite the inevitable short time she had left. Now, 15 years later, I can say that the pain has faded somewhat and I'm mostly proud and happy I had her in my life. My sincere condolences go out to his mom, dad, brother, sisters, girlfriend and friends. I wish all of you all the strength needed. I think Zach Sobiech is awesome.
I hope Sammy becomes a huge star and carries Zach's legacy with her forever.

On May 20th 2013 I saw an inspirational RUclips video of a kid that lived in my own state of MN. I didn't know what it was about, but it changed my life. I've been a negative person most of my life. Always thinking that there has to be something better than this. What I've learned from Zach is don't have regrets and live life to the fullest, like you're dying the next day. I didn't know he passed away the same day I met him. . . my heart goes out to the Sobiech family. May peace be with you all.

I don't think I've every cried so much during a movie my boys kept hugging me telling me they love me because I was crying (3&5yr olds) As a mother of 4 I can't imagine knowing my child's life was going to be cut so short, you both have such beautiful voices I'm glad his memory will live on through his music and his story ❤️ My heart goes out to the family and friends who had the honor of knowing this young man may your hearts hurt alittle less knowing he is up in the clouds ❤️

I just finished Fly a Little Higher today.. It made me cry, it really is such an amazing story about Zach & his family. Hats off to Mrs Sobiech, such a pillar of strength for everyone when times got so dark. Zach seemed like a great kid. Gone too soon. RIP.
I am almost done with the book and W-O-W! He lived and died the way we all should..I run while reading the book on the treadmill...I laugh and cry then laugh some more...I was drawn to the book and I don't know why but what an inspiration

I lost both my bestfriends 6 months apart back in 2014 and their songs help me through the loss of my bestfriends. What a beautiful gift of friendship God blessed me with. I never got angry with God since the loss of them I realized life is short and time is more precious than money and having their friendship was priceless. I thank God everyday for blessing me with the time I had with them and I know it not really good bye
I wish id known this man. The love in the songs - the looks shared between all the people in the videos so much love. Beauty and love personified. Means so much to me. Must be so hard for those left behind but easier with all the amazing memories you must all have. Its sad but there is so much joy that i can't help but smile when i hear your songs.

You are truly a person who pays the love forward. Thank you for becoming a part of my heart. I've had a near death experience Zack, is it was the most profound, deep, all encompassing love I have ever felt. I hope your experience is grander than mine. Death is just a doorway we walk through. You become more of who you really are, pure love. Love can never die.
What did you see?
The beautiful part of music is it can be interpreted different for different people. I heard it for the first time when I was pregnant with my twin daughters, unfortunately one passed away. This song brought to my mind two people who are close to each other but one knows they are sick and don't have much time left. The sandcastle represents memories, beautiful memories are all that's left.
My brother was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma around the time I stumbled upon Zach's my last days video. Nothing gave me as much joy and sorrow as that video. I cry every single time I watch it, but Zach has given me such faith. I listen to clouds almost every day. Sammy thank you so much for your bravery and strength; it's so evident in these videos. It's helped me get through. Your voice is beautiful.

Zachs voice makes me so happy and so sad at the same time... I could listen to him forever, it's so honest, and raw, and overall, it's amazingly happy and pure. I didn't even know him, but here in Australia, we miss him, my friends,my family, everyone that has heard his amazing music. Sammy, you are absolutely amazing, I wish the very best for you :)
I thank God for Zach and Sammy every time I listen to a new song, as I am reminded that my heart has not hardened from all the corruption, war and senseless death that takes place. I pray that Sammy and friends never let the music die...God bless and protect you and yours.
