Why calc. method for value of derivatives during contract period is not matching with Schweser's books? In example of 49.d.. Value of Fwd during the contract period is So - Fo / (1+r)T-t... but here in this video you are not taking T-t. Can you please help me with this @Fintree? I am referring this from Dec 2020 exam books!
Jawad Mustafa long means you are buying at a PRE DETERMINED PRICE as of here .. and you wish the prices to go up so that you make profit which otherwise go to loss.. I hope you understand mate... derivatives are confusing at times.

At 29:20 why do you multiply with 1.10^0.75 and not 1.075^1?
That's because interest rate does not change rather u have to calculate the value for 0.75 yrs @ 10% p.a.
