9:49 i know kassie & nora will never see this and this video is 4 years old but truffles are a very rare type of fungi (very similar to mushrooms but i dont think theyre mushrooms?) and they grow underground. the thing is, farming them is super complex from what ive heard: its time consuming, you cant actually mass cultivate them (it can only be farmed naturally if that makes sense, so you cant make new truffle farms), etc. hence why truffle and truffle oil is very expensive. white truffles (grown in Italy) are the most expensive kind, being $2500-$3000 AUD per kg. i hope someone sees this, even if its been 4 years too late
