considering the systems supported, they should just toss the sliders and have DPAD only ... would allow better start/select button placement
Agreed James
Your reviews of these cheap consoles are much appreciated. Cheers!
it’s ok man looking for that hidden gem
@@SonicLoveEmulation Keep up the hunt! Cheers!
Shame but I appreciate you checking this out for us. Sonic saving us pennies! Thanks 😊
not a problem man
1st time I've seen this one! Great, in depth review 👏
Thanks man
Great unboxing mate 👍
thanks Philip
Im loving my SF2000 data frog machine...its great for Gameboy colour and Megadrive 🙏🏽
Love the style of the SF2000 let’s hope they update it next year with a bit more power
This was $18 shipped when I got it in November. It's ok. The controllers are terrible but I was surprised by the screen and Neo Geo performance.
Yes the controls are poor the dpad ant to bad, but the screen is definitely good head on and definitely good on neo geo
Child: I want a Retroid Pocket 3+
Mom: we have a Retroid Pocket 3+ at home.
The Retroid Pocket 3+ at home.⬆
ha ha
You just saved me from wasting $26 😮💨
Glad I could help buddy and welcome
Same software I see 😅
yes Mr Wicked, with all the same problems as usual to ha ha
The screen you have may be damaged. Could just be the ribbon cable may be lose or if soldered on have some dry solder issue. Thanks for the video. I will stick with the fc3000 you reviewed aged ago.
Definitely going to take it apart to have a look to see if I can actually fix the screen issue man
@@SonicLoveEmulation cool maybe a good short video. Maybe see if you can add more ROMs. I'd be surprised if it can do playstation though.
Mine doesn't have this problem so it's a ribbon cable problem probably
Did you get it sorted? I know it's an old video.
Definitely one I’ll pass on but cool to see it run either way.
it’s not the best buddy
Random lines of dead pixels 😂 pass this and get the 35xx for anyone looking for a budget handheld. Good video though mate, wondering how long it will be till we see full fingers and no gloves with the summer heat!
I still use them ha ha but I have done videos with out my gloves on though, but yes sadly this is definitely not the hidden gem we are all looking for….the hunting continues
Do you have a link by any chance?
i haven't seen lines like this other than on gameboy DMG's after 25 years on RUclips repair videos...i've bought over half a dozen budget cheap Chinese handhelds with all kinds of minor issues..light bleed..poor sound..glitchy graphics..screen tearing..frame skipping..ROMs not working..etc...but this defect is a new low for sweatshop plastic crap..
@@markianclark9645 yeah crappy solder joints on the ribbon connector. But there's loads of decent alternatives like the sf2000 which I think is pretty good for the money
is there any chance you could help me with mine? bought one for a gift for xmas but it didnt include a SD card and it needs the files form the SD card to run.
Best thing to do is google firmware for it and get a 64gb card and then flash the firmware to the sd card and then good bios and roms for it
hey the only issue is nowhere has the firmware (SD CARD files) online for them. do you still have your console?@@SonicLoveEmulation and if so could you share the files anywhere ( Without the game
roms of course) It would be great top have the firmware somewhere like Internet Archive etc.
Sadly I don’t have the device anymore or I would have buddy, the only thing I can suggest is going to the place you got it from and say it did not come with a Sd card as it should have come with one man
That thumbnail 🤣
I have updated it just one it automatically puts up before i upload one
Hey i have this too but i accidentally formatted the sd card and lost all the content so if you could can you send me the content of the sd card to i can download it into my sd card
You can get it online good luck with that, did you manage to get it?
The SF2000 is a better choice i guess. Waiting for more in-depth review
Yes I would definitely say so yes
There is always the FC3000.
the Data Frog X20 is the better budget handheld device...Dpad is in the correct position...screen is 4inch and not as sharp but is not damaged like this one...the X20 is a rebadged Powkiddy J6 with a case update which i also have (twice)...about the same price as this X350...identical software and probably same hardware scaled down a little...i'd stick with mine i have hardly any complaints for such a cheap gadget...i have to disagree the S2000 would be a better choice though...not from what i've seen on RUclips
Computer says no 😊
Ha ha I know
What's new about this one? It's the same ATS3603 design all over
I think the only thing new was the description on aliexpress lol saying 2023 version
@@SonicLoveEmulation Some kind of a new firmware maybe. Well whatever, it's the same experience anyway. Thanks for the vid 🙂
@@bnister it's not new firmware...it's the same as the Data Frog X20 "bigger brother" (which is itself a rebadged Powkiddy J6 updated) but smaller and without the quality control of the cheapest Chinese budget handhelds..the usual software issues bearable sound frame skip screen tearing etc..but with added poor soldering of the 3.5in panel..worse than a S2000 but that's crap too..go watch his video on that one..avoid it..SFC themed device looks good but plays crap..also see Taki Udon channel video just released
X20 Mini
Vale a pena esse console?
I would say no and go with miyoo mini plus or rg35xx h
they still use mini usb port?
Yes sadly
I was also gonna say.
I mean we still get micro usb on cheap devices, but mini usb… wow, thats going back even further ☺️
Is this worse than the SF 2000?
I would say so yes
Does it play mario kart games well?
Did not have Mario kart on it sadly but I will put some roms on it and test it out
Does it work? Can you play it? @@SonicLoveEmulation
@@Amlamekvids there are better handhelds than this I would go for the new RG28xx or the miyoo mini plus
@SonicLoveEmulation I have been saving on getting rg35xx H. Decided to start retro nostalgia channel in my countrys language. I am on my 4th budget console. saw them. X350 is about RM88.
With all the consoles, I would be able to get the anbernic rg35xx 😢. I am thus road now. Gonna do it...
hey iam looking for a cheap game gear retro handheld can someone help me pls
Not sure if there is a game gear retro handheld shape, but what size or price you looking at?

The shape dont matter iam looking for the game gear games und that they are running lik e the original games or better from the color und sound

That's cheap
Does the handheld has a Mario bros game
I added my own games to it
So without you adding it, does it still have Mario bros? The VS version btw. Sorry I don't really understand 😅
may be a bit offtopic, but i just have to ask you because i'm wondering about that since quite a while - it's your way of wearing your gloves i'm wrapping my brains around. First i'd like to mention that i do this as well, so no worries, me likes that style ^^, but i wonder about the reasons or story behind, the "why?" behind. And that is because my typical use case scenario includes my city bike, cold fingers, smart phone touch displays and outside activities. Also often it's my way of upcycling those single leftover gloves which probably aren't the right size anyways, so i give them a 2nd life by cutting those finger tips off. I know doing that is the beginning of the gloves end because we don't sew do we ?! 😆😉
After telling you all this you'll probably see why i ask, simply because nothing of my use case scenarios seems to match yours. You're wearing always clean(!!) and freshly cut off matching(!!) gloves, and most likely not because you got cold fingers while taking the review video footage. Please, enlighten me, what's this with your gloves ? Me likes the style for obvious reasons told, now me wants to understand, lol ... regards
it’s simple good sir I suffer with arthritis in my hands and other joints so I use the gloves to keep my hands and wrists warm, not sure if it truly helps but maybe as a placebo. but I also like the style
