Totally agreed with ENT part especially mentioning difficulty in surgeries in very sensitive areas which can prove life threatening in neck & skull base, with obvious risk of facial nerve palsy most commonly whether it be mastoidectomies, parotidectomies.. Plus all surgeries are in General anaesthesia except few minor things... Money & scope too much of course if u operate full head neck & satisfying job but it comes with cons of risky surgeries, long hours & litigations
sir I am getting ENT in RG kar, clacutta national medical college, national medical calcutta. I am from delhi and wanna settle there only, but there is bond of 3 years in above mentioned colleges, should I opt for calcutta instead of DNB from a govt institute in delhi??
Sir, is medical/surgical oncology getting saturated, with limited number of cancer specialised hospitals where patients want to visit, there can be over supply of onco doctors, resulting in future job cut down/salary cut down? Can this happen?.... similarly for onco surgery(saturated nd competition) since organ specialized surgeon might have more scope nd some patients can go to organ specialist surgeons too?, what are your views on this Sir? Will onco surgery/med onco continue to be safe branch with high earning prospect in the future?
Early income itna hai Kaise pata chala...... Kaise survey kiya.... Did doctors tell u their income..... Did all the ent specialist out in the town came and told u starting salary is 2-3. Lac As far as I know in Assam govt gives saMe stipend to all sr irrespective of their department
Kindly watch the video of Dr. Alok where 3rd yr pgt of ipgmer said the same thing. CCU management is conservative specific management is given by the doctor of the specific facility.

1. Post MD-PMR, fellowship option available such as Pain medicine, Neur-rehabilitation, Clinical Neurophysiology. 2. Post MD-Physiology can do Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology (NCS, EMG, amd Evoked potentials) and start practicing it. It is a good earning opportunity.

Will plastic surgery eat dermat "surgery" Part like hair transplant?
Both will do I infact feel plastic surgeons can do better hair transplant, fillers. Dermats can do better PRPs and acne scars.
