seeing that your struggling, here are a few facts/tips !
Zorse is worth more as they are a diffrent breed from the regular horses, this breed named 'equu'.
The stones, logs and such in the shop are used to buld things, not craft lassos.
Your able to tame horses via feeding them food aswell ! Harvesting bushes and things as those will provide you with food.
To capture a 'bihorse', the one your lassos didnt work on, it can be tamed with food or a 'western lasso' instead.
And, yes, if leveling up stats on a horse, it will value more.
and a fun fact : Your able to breed diffrent or rare color horses, such as pink, red or green !
