Historic Tamiami Bridge Move

As part of the Tamiami Bridge Replacement Project, Archer Western crews moved the Tamiami Canal Bridge in Miami, FL, in its entirety, from its original location to a nearby park for refurbishment. This 95 year-old swing bridge was moved 1.3 miles to maintain its historic integrity. After refurbishment, the bridge will be moved again to its new location where it will serve as a historical pedestrian bridge over the Comfort Canal.
