That tremolo at the end, and those reaches all over the place...I'm astounded time and again to see that there really is no _edge_ to his vocal range; everything it contains is totally developed. The really out there portions are as unwavering as the naturals. Yes, there certainly are notes he couldn't hit, but all the notes he can hit are perfected. If he can do it he can do it really well. The control is phenomenal. Most of the credit I see thrown at his name is because he's quite the specimen and all that, with that crazy symmetrical face and the saccharine smile, but there's so much content to his showmanship - the analytical part of my brain has something to do. It's wonderful.
