Mam do we need to include all 3 minnowbrook conference while writing the ans of what is npa ? I understood that minnowbrook conference 1 marked the origin but how can i relate the other two conference and npa
All 3 conferences are important in regards to NPA. If you watch the video on evolution of PUB AD as a discipline, then you'll be able to relate everything in a better way.

Who coined the term new public administration?
The term came to usage during the 1st Minnowbrook Conference of 1968 and was incorporated by Frank J Marini in his book "Toward a New Public Administration: The Minnowbrook Perspective"
