@@alivanthechipmunk4678 a local stupid idea human here, there are some lines that I would like to point out. though this ship is a some what large one, it could kind of make some since with the lyrics.
(also a fight between who Touya is shipped with)
(side note/out of contexts/apology: this took me a while to come up with this bs. it is stupid but hopefully this could be an idea, though it don't matter I like wasting my time on these things anyways, I also forgot that Capitals existed for some reason)

Right then and there 2 assumptions. (due to the fact that they had fun in the first video of this GCS*, ask kids,) the bond as friendship. Or a crush.
Also even a few seconds ago he admitted that he feels like he knows him. so there is technically a bond between them, just super unrecognizable at first.
Lets ALSO not forget in the last video we ended with Toga dragging Tenko to hook up with Touya (since Tenko is single.)
though how would Toga know Touya?? Even TENKO dose not know him (well more like remember him.) well the guess here (tossing it out there) is that Toga had a writers block since we know she is technically a writer.
She could have went back to the park, either new one or the old one where Tenko and/or Toshi had saved her (depends on how you look at it for who saved her).
Since it is possible that the Todoroki's (or Touya and Shoto since he in this case would have wanted to go to the park) went to that park. While shoto (or the familly) went off, Touya went and stayed and chatted with Toga.
one other guess is that they went to the same high school after both being denied UA high, but the likes of that are still low since we don't know wither they share the same interests of writing or not. though any form of meeting does still seem more complex but it makes more since as in a coincidence.
around half way in the video/before midpoint, we meet Melissa and there "Funny" hug, includes blushing. now there is a Tenko x Melissa ship that COULD sail, but LETS just say for the point, that both were flustered/embarrassed. Or Melissa being the tusendere (which is shown during her screen time) she is, got one of those crushes.
Finally our last point/line/clue to make this song work.
Toga: "Touya is going out with meeee!"
this line states that they know each other wither well, or Toga has a crush on Touya (explaining the blush), but then why would she try handing Tenko over to Touya at the beginning for them to kind of hook up? well maybe its cause she doesn't like Touya, which does make since anyways (age wise((tenko in canon is 20 years old when Izuku is 16/15, toga is the same age as Izuku and Touya's age is around 20-24. though both Tenko and Touya were shown as what seems to be 5 years old. so they in this case would be 20.)). so then to explain the blush part if its not a crush, then I'll toss out that its like a fangirl sort of thing since that's kind of her canon trait. though I did look in the comments, and someone mentioned that Toga is 17 in this. Legal age of consent is16-18, though in Japan where the anime takes place is 18(Tokyo). lowest was/is 13 in very few areas. the ship itself is not bad though i would like to bring to your attention lady's and gentlemen and all of the above, that TOGA LITTERALLY DRAGGED TENKO TO WHAT SEEMED LIKE HE WAS GOING TO DIE ALL THE WAY TO THE TODOROKIE'S PLACE JUST TO GET TENKO TO HOOK UP THOUGH IT FAILED MISERABLY. so WHY was she SO WILLINGLY going to do that? she would be hurt. we do know though as a writer, she writes about love.
though is the love she writes about is what she observes or is what she dreams to have? its unclear for her intentions. Not to mention, why now all of a sudden is she shown to have a crush on Touya? go snatch Izuku's Uraraka gurl- (JKJK). All jokes aside, and I know this was very long and you probably wont even recognize this at all but OK-

AS SAID AT SOME POINT IN THIS IDEA OF MY TINY SMOOTH BRAIN(I think) the lyrics do make since if that's the sip that would be leaning to.
IF Toga actually HAD a crush on Touya, then there should be a video just for her about how she finds her new true love because now she is left in a spot where she can't really fall in love with people because she is scared that if she introduces them to someone as either a joke or not, she will lose them. this could also start Family Drama cause you know we all like that. so in the end, you could end the story with the sum of it, and/or the series could continue with them and how they react to things until you run out of ideas, and/or GCMV**
