Can i listen to this at half the volume while sleeping at night? Can I download this and listen? Would it still work? Are headphones or earphones recommended? I mean you have said that I have to repeat a yes after every sentence that you say? What If I have no energy to say yes.. What if I'm too exhausted to say yes? Which is why I asked can I listen to this while sleeping on loop at night?

I don't think MORE is BETTER. Listening on a loop might make you very obsessed with what you want to clear rather than being relaxed about it and trusting the process. Once or twice a day is fine.
