- Another business is forced to close its doors for good due to the pandemic. Despite making adjustments, one Hell's Kitchen restaurant couldn't be saved; CBS2's Alice Gainer reports.
This is just awful. If the government made them shut down and change their protocols then the government should pay for everything they lost. Rent, income, everything
City officials have the mentality "oh we're NYC, every business owner wants to be here. We can replace these restaurants quickly when this is all over."
Imagine not re-opening the economy and then being surprised when all the businesses close.
So anyways... This is more like a way of saying 'these are the things to come' ...
All businesses and level headed people should leave, let them have the sewer they have created

And the biggest fault here is the high price of real estate. NYC is still shutting their eyes to see the real problem and that’s the high cost of rents. If this wasn’t the case this restaurant can survive till at least January 2021.
More business will close come winter time.
1) Since outdoor seating is allowed for now, nobody will be coming out
2) As the guy said, those delivery apps cost a LOT! I used to run delivery for Postmates, DD & UberEats, and made some money, but when I order, holy crap, they cost a lot.
3) 500K people left, and it was those that money to burn. And counting.
3000+ business will close as well.
It will be a desolate town for about 3-4months.
More sneezing and running nose will spread more viruses

Dining out in New York City is too expensive. Sure everything is more expensive but seriously when I was young and lived in New York you could afford some level of dining out.
Blame Your wanna be dictators Gov Cuomo and Mayor Deblasio Gotta Vote them out to save your state and New York.
People who would vote against them already moved out of NY. People who remain in NY are commies who love destroying private businesses, and they're not going to vote out Cuomo or Deblasio.
