I made this recipe after reading the glowing comments for this video. I’ve always found patta gobhi sabji quite challenging for some reason. It was always hard to get it right. Not anymore. Your recipe turned out to be fantastic. I can say I’ve cracked the code for Punju patta gobhi. 👍🏻 Thanks for sharing your knowledge here

Made it yesterday exactly like you told except i used carrot, potato and capsicum instead of matar. It turned out to be very tasty. I think ginger was a key ingredient here. Pattakobi always seemed to be a difficult recipe to me. But finally now I think I learned to make it tasty.
