I put the werewolf choker and poket watch on Falsetto, along with her weapon than doubles hits, so her turn stacks a full harmony chain in one go, and I make sure the specials are stacked with ranged attacks so everyone gets a hit in. It will set up my next character to make a harmony chain too, and generally be op. I need a game I love as much as Eternal Sonata - everything I look at doesn't seem to hit the spot.
You have an interesting opinion. I know that Viola is Op, but sometimes that is precisely why I don’t use her. Sometimes makes the game too easy lol. My fav team was Allegretto, Claves and Polka. Retto was my frontline fighter, Polka as support and Claves as the in between. With dark moves being her Cqc and using unicorn horn and bird swarm in the light from a distance. I had the best items equipped so I wasn’t concerned about echo buildup. Perhaps not the most effective team on paper but it worked for me. 🤗
My main squad was Salsa, Polka, Serenade. Salsa would buff Serenade and she'd hit all max hits with her move that hits a bunch of times while Polka kept everyone healthy.

RPG’s are so much fun. Part of me wishes this game had attributes and would maybe incentivize some of the 1 hit moves

It is on 360 and PS3. The PS3 version is superior, but it does not have a digital release. However, it is on PlayStation Now.
