Tonight, I cooked up the Glazed Pork Belly. I had to substitute a few ingredients with others cause I lacked a few requirements, and took too long on a few steps.
Despite that, my whole family loved it. It was really rich in flavor. Will definitely make it again

I just made the Chicken Veggie Stir Fry for dinner and it was delicious. We served it with rice noodles cause that was something we've never tried before and it worked really good. Next time we'll try it with rice. The only thing I would change though is season the chicken with salt and pepper before you cook it, that way it sticks to the chicken better.

One thing that basically every savory Chinese dish needs is Chinese cooking wine. It’s sometimes called Shaoxing wine, but sometimes it has other names. You don’t need a lot, just 1-2 tablespoons usually, but it is essential for an authentic taste!

I mimic the slow cooked beef but instead of broccoli I used half an onion cut as shoestrings, small red and orange pepper. I must say it turned out to be so f**king delicious. I used every ingredients shown and followed the instructions to a tee. It turned out better than expected to be honest. I actually had 3 servings it was that good. Very easy to follow recipe and end result was a 10 outta 10.

Put chives, soy sauce, onions, [insert type] eggs, sausages, chopped pieces of chicken nugget, really anything you think will taste good into plain rice or noodles, and stir it up a little. That’s a good step to take.

Looks delicious. American Chinese food is still Chinese food because Chinese spice are used and they are cooked in the Chinese way. Chinese food in China has changed as people always like new flavor. These American Chinese food is outdated, they were popular in China more than a decade ago. For example, you cannot find kung pao chicken or hot and sour soup in most restaurant's menu in China, but they were everywhere 20 years ago. The new trend takes some time to come to america.
