@@ImGodsWorstEnemy I think the engine of GTA 3/VC was very limited in possibilities, because GTA 3 is first attempt to do a 3d open world game for R*. GTA VC was made quickly so devs didn't had time to seriously advance the engine.

This is the best gta mod ever. It has the attention of an official launch. Just needs a couple of small fixes which I hope the community will help with and we will have something perfect.

I prefer VC DE to this but this may be the best GTA IV mod and the funniest thing is that it runs better than GTA IV lmao. This is def fun for a more realistic type of fun while DE remains the arcade feeling with pretty graphics (and now running with guns which makes the python so good)
You can grab a boat from the pier where the Colonel's yacht is and drive to that dock which is (if you look from the pier on the other island in the direction where the yacht is) north-west. It's the purchaseable boat house with a dock where you steal a speed boat for Diaz. Just drive there and be as fast as possible. Once you get close, the engine fails and you can swim the little distance to the dock. HOWEVER!! A shark might appear there if you need to swim the little distance to the dock.
@@ΗΥΡΗΕΝ it's pretty good so far actually. The IV stuff like FOV and the slower walking and driving makes the map feel huge. Also there's waaay more spawned cars and there's peds everywhere. Feels really alive.

@@AlanLetsPlay-45k I'd say go with auto configure. They will have updates anyway but auto configure will make sure you don't experience too many crashes since there's some problems with rendering over long distances.
