Ooooor maybe they just get shown more now? Last season, BoA would insist not showing her clips training the boys so as not to eat up their screentime. The trainers in season 1 also mentioned they were much more involved than what was shown, teaching the choreography to the girls, etc. A lot of footage doesn’t make it to the final episodes.
I see, that's nice so that talented trainees will get more screen time. So far Lee Seung Gi only appears in the rankings. 😢Not during class sessions, or assignments as compared to BoA. But there are still remaining episodes, so will see about that. BTW I really love Soyou here.

She used to only demand the trainees to sing over and over without teaching them proper technique. She even gave them the wrong key in one ep. Then again, maybe MNET just didn't show us those other instances. Props to her for teaching Chiyori tho.
Pug Lee Nope. She actually gave Sakura a key much lower than the original, i.e., the right key that they were supposed to be singing in. Hence, Sakura was able to reach those notes. Again, before this ep, Soyou didn't teach them anything a vocal coach should unlike Hongki 🤷

Honestly, even though only 3 Japanese trainees made it into the group, I'm happy a lot of them made it far enough into the show that they got to receive a lot of the one on one training they needed and couldn't get back in Japan.
I always thought the teachers were mean in the previous seasons.. but seeing how kind and understanding they are with Japanese contestants, I understood that they reason why they have really high expectations with Korean trainees is because they were supposed to learn all the basics in training. But with Japanese girls, they never learned the basics, especially with vocals. On the side note... the next episodes will never be the same without Noe and Chiyori.
I love how even though the girls know its a competition to get into a group to completely change your carrer for the better they still support each other soooo much and akways compliment when someone improves their singing or dancing
Remember when people were all shitting on Soyou for “being mean” to another trainee a couple of episodes ago? I, a STAR1, warned all of you about Mnet evil editing Soyou. Justice has prevailed! Also I’m really sad to see Chiyori go.... she doesn’t seem to have a high chance.

She's one of the japanese trainees with great vocal. It's a waste that both korean and japanese didnt saw gem on her. Chiyori has less chance to sing on stage in japan as akb member. It's good that she get noticed by joining pd48. Her popularity did increased a bit in korea. Hope to see chiyori shine more in future no matter in japan or korea.
If she is not make it to 30, when she come home to AKB she will become the great singer.. Hope she can be the center in AKB... well not just AKB but great singer in Japan...

저거 정식명칭은 아포지오. 아포지오란 다른신체에 힘이 들어가게 하는 자세를 취해 목에 힘은 빼는 연습을 하는것 예로 복식호흡후 배에 힘을 주어 아포지오를 하는게 있고 영상 에서 처럼 저 자세로 하체에 힘이 들어가게 하여 아포지오를 형성하는것도 있음 지금 까지 설명충이였습니다.이만 퇴장

아포지오란 다른신체에 힘이 들어가게 하는 자세를 취해 목에 힘은 빼는 연습을 하는것
예로 복식호흡후 배에 힘을 주어 아포지오를 하는게 있고 영상 에서 처럼 저 자세로 하체에 힘이 들어가게 하여 아포지오를 형성하는것도 있음
