For my eyebrows, I use the Colourpop brow boss gel. If I want more natural eyebrows, I use the comb and just comb through my eyebrows. But if I want something darker and filled in, I use the elf eyebrow kit.

Seriously, do not put that much concealer on your face. You don't have anything to conceal. You have beautiful skin and do not need to be putting that all over your face. If you want, you can spot conceal red areas or blemishes, dark spots - which I can't imagine you have...but you do not need to be doing that to your face. And, all that powder, too...not necessary.
