Very impressed with the complexity of the political game being played. People actually being in 4 different alliances, needing to write down on paper who is in which one, and what it will look like to each one depending on who they vote for. All of this on the first episode!
Overall good first episode. Really disappointed with the first boot since that was probably my favorite person on that tribe since they are a big Survivor fan I believe I heard. Pretty tricky play by the opposition moments before Tribal Council and well executed but I feel it will fuel a more intense rivalry. Not really liking the alliance of three guys on the tribe that went to Tribal. Too cocky for my taste. I expect and look forward to the eventual fall of the alliance or at least of their leader who seems to be the worst.
It certainly changes the dynamics of the game--there was a ton of mutual respect between the tribes after the first challenge because of what a battle it was, but this created a separation that will have huge ramifications. You'll also see it wasn't exactly executed the way the other tribe wanted, but it did create a lot of chaos. But yeah, tough to see that person go--I really felt terrible for them and questioned why I ran the game for a bit. But it sets the tone for an amazing season, I think. And sometimes, someone gets some bad luck along the way. Seems to be a common take on the 3 guys. We'll see what happens with them! Glad you liked it overall.
wait hold up was that Schuble in the red helping out on crew for the challenge?? i couldnt get a clear shot but from what i saw it kinda looked like him
It is yeah, because he played in the season prior and stayed around as a crew member. From my understanding, anyway. You can see him in New Beginnings too, which was right after All Stars.
I remember watching this years ago and now found out there is all stars and my fav Siona is on! And everyone else from this season really Nicole C, Ryan etc! super happy Rebecca gets another chance! Gonna watch the other 2 seasons so I'm ready. I remember being so sad siona would be out first but everything changed so fast :O

Yeah the 7 from this season chosen are great! Ashley kinda a random choice but reasonable since Nicole L didn't accept but she will definitely make drama !! Xandria would have been kinda funny too Havent spoiled who gets on for the next seasons tho, idk if they could beat this seasons unpredictability :O

S1 wasn’t totally filmed so it’s not really for viewer consumption 😅. But there’s only one player from that in all stars and his backstory is fully explained! Enjoy the viewing through, excited for you!!! Just know the production quality/editing improves MASSIVELY over each of the seasons so what you’re seeing in this first episode is not remotely indicative of the peak. This episode I didn’t even film the tribal footage, which changed starting in episode 2 lolll. But enjoy!!

Hahaha, I know, I share your frustrations! All I'll say is you try running a survivor game as one man. I promise though, production values aren't great but improve--this season becomes remarkably good later on. The next season (terrapin trials) has some better production values and editing throughout, but if you like strategy and some great characters, keep on trucking through. If you can't, I get it, it's definitely not well-shot or crisply edited in the early stages.

I've gotten really into it the past few days and have gotten a lot of my friends hooked too. I discovered this actually on a Survivor website and they were all raving about how amazing Siona is, so I had to give it a check out. AMAZING work and I really admire and respect your creativity and passion. Question, I read that they have to pay to enroll, but it's never really made clear (unless I missed it) what the prize is, if there is one?

And the prize is around 100 bucks, although they usually are really not invested in it for the money and typically pledge most of it towards a party they throw at the end of the season/semester.
