Beautifully staged house. Nice open floor plan. Office is very small, only 2-car garage. 950,000 - I can't imagine the monthly payments.

very nice house. 1 million in 2020 that is a lot. Have you seen that house on 134 Fishbacher st? 1.145. A 4 bedroom 4 bath. Suppose you have 500.000 cash and still will have to lend 700.000 for it. How much does that comes a month? You see what I mean. A smart buyer will direct into the 400 to 500 range and soon call that house his own home. That is the way I am thinking. Very nice houses. I also cannot understand how insurance companies appraise such a property. There must be tangible value to appraise you know. Nice house.
