It is appreciatable indeed. As mentioned by the Scholar students the load of carriage/ agriculture priduct is transfered on the nose wheel and not om the animal. So far so good I have seen int the video that while pulling the load from farm to Road, the cart has to negotiate rough and undulating ground resulting in unprecedented effort by the animal and at times animal slips and takes effort beyond its physical capacity to pull the load. How this wheel is helpful at that juncture???????
Just seeing the bullock cart full of sugarcane pulling the bullocks, these young engineers have discovered these wheels and gave relief to the bullocks from the huge burden. Congratulations and thanks to all the youths involved in this work. I am sure you will bring more diversity in this pursuit.
संतोष भाई इस जुगाड से एक घाटा है कि जब बैल गाड़ी को खीचते हुए खेत से रोड पर चढेंगे तो गाडी का लोड बैल अपने कन्दौ पर लेते हैं और आगे की ओर झुकते हैं अतः इस जुगाड के माध्यम से बैल आगे की ओर नही झुक पाऐगे और गाड़ी को खीचने मे परेशानी होगी!
भाइयों इसमे spring loaded wheel नही है और एक बात और कहना चाहूंगा की इस video का उद्देश्य ही यह रखा गया है कि बैल जब गाडी को खींचकर मुख्य रोड पर चढते समय बैलों के पैरौ में न लगे अतः इस जुगाड को फोलड (मोड) कर लेने से इसके उद्देश्य का तो कोई मतलब ही नही रहेगा!

It seems that there will be some complications in the pot holes which comes straight in the line of the front wheel and also small size of the wheel will make it difficult to come out from the pot holes. The easiest solution is to use a four wheeled cart where all the load is on the four wheels and bullocks are just pulling it.

Very good and innovative thinking to reduce the load / burden on the hard-working bulls' neck / shoulders. In my opinion, the third additional wheel needs to be adjusted behind the bulls' neck giving due consideration to the Centre-of-Gravity (CG) of the entire load. Moreover the load needs to be balanced entirely on the 3-Set of wheels (vertically) and the bull's need to just pull (forward motion) the load horizontally. It would do wonders if you could actually use a set of commercial shock-absorbers (Oil-filled or Gas-filled ones) on both sides of the 3rd wheel instead of just plain compressed spring. He cannot further innovate and mass produce his project due to massive corruption in tax deppt, land laws, expensive land to establish plant, corrupt police, corrupt judiciary and corrupt neta. To reduce corruption we need right to recall MLA,MP,CM,PM, Police SP etc. And for fair justice we need to establish jury system, say a jury of 12 people will give verdict of guilty or not guilty, this way power of judge reduces and he is bound to give judgment as per jury. US and many other western countries have these law so subsequently they were able to make massive MNC's like apple, bmw etc. Bcoz the system is good and free from corruption they can devote their time in innovation etc and not bothering about police and court cases. Police and court cases reduce efficiency. Hope you got it. Laws I suggest to be implemented- 1. Votevapsi 2. Jury Courts 3. Referendum 4. Transparent complaint procedure 5. Remove gst 6. Empty land tax 7. Direct deposit of mineral royalty into accounts of citizens and military.
Kudos to their initiative and thinking about farmer. Peded support for shoulder of bull and little refining of joints where this landing gear attached with body is required. Besides, four wheeler camel and bullock carts are already running on the country roads which are much more effective whether be load bearing issue or shock absorber issue.

This is good idea but being a mechanical engineer i personally fell by shifting the location of the third wheel some what behind or behind the bull shoulder will reduce more weight from bulls shoulder.
Friend's,best thing find out. I had also done my graduation in mechanical from RIT. That time ,we also see Bullock cart around college,but we can't think that type of solution. You five are great. Also RIT is great.

All is good Just one suggestion the wheel should turn backward direction when bullcart moving it will easy for movement of wheel Ex- you can see it in power tiller when it moving backward TQ
One of the inventors says that the implement was designed keeping 'offroad' in mind. I have reservations precisely on the off-road aspect. Indian bullock cart tracks are notoriously uneven. The central median of the track contains ditches, stones, small boulders and even plants besides being very uneven. The third wheel is supposed to run on the median with all these obstacles, and frequently come up short against any of the said obstacles. Another aspect is it's balance. During the demonstration itself I noticed the pillar has skewed to one side. Turning left or right is another factor that has to be addressed. There is no driver control over turning of the wheel to left or right.
Your objections are correct. But those can be removed in refinement. I salute the concept! Years together we see those Bullock carts but no one come up with solution.
I too noticed that. They would have to use stronger Nuts-Bolts sooner or later. The Top-Most fitment/attachment to the mainframe is supported by Only 4 Bolts, Those Bolts must be sufficiently stronger. This might be because this is their prototype or early versions. Most likely they are already aware of the issue and working to rectify it. Though they proceeded with the interview with whatever functional piece they had.
Congratulations to the students.. one more concern.. when the tire gets flat, the puncture has to be repaired quickly and proper air pressure has to be maintained..

Excellent innovation guys, keep it up. Few considerations you can keep in mind to further optimize the design. 1. The cart tyres and Bulls work in tandem and in sync with each other's. Adding third wheel in front will definitely reduce the vertical load on bull's neck. But it will not be able to pull cart on uphills. Bulls will not be able to apply force to pull the cart up in ramp, instead the cart will pull it back. Front height needs to be lowered on uphills so that Bulls can pull it up well. 2. On downhill direction or on downward slope - cart will push the bull's. Generally theses carts don't have breaking system. Hence, adding breaks to tyres will make this design a fantastic one on downhill roads. 3. Most of the times these carts run on uneven roads. Means two side strips of road are deeper than the middle part of road. So this third tyre will hang on bull's on such roads. Here also the front height should be adjustable as per load or bull's height on uneven roads. 4. In fields, Bulls actually pull the cart as per their judgement and adjust the front height as per needs. Third tyre will restrict this auto height adjustment. So solution is that the third tyre should be removable/adjustable. All in all, the third tyre with breaking system will of great help for bull's neck on tar roads over longer distance.
Great, the break idea is awesome, And I got one more Idea, a support of and old scooter engine can definitely help during the uphills or when bulls are not able to push the cart like a standby.

@@pinturoy225 पहले दो टायर के कारण पशु धिरे से चलते थे, अब ये तिसरा टायर लगणे से पशु का लोड कम होगा तो वो भागेंगे ओर कंट्रोल नही होगा

It seems that there will be some complications in the pot holes which comes straight in the line of the front wheel and also small size of the wheel will make it difficult to come out from the pot holes.
The easiest solution is to use a four wheeled cart where all the load is on the four wheels and bullocks are just pulling it.

Very good and innovative thinking to reduce the load / burden on the hard-working bulls' neck / shoulders.
In my opinion, the third additional wheel needs to be adjusted behind the bulls' neck giving due consideration to the Centre-of-Gravity (CG) of the entire load.
Moreover the load needs to be balanced entirely on the 3-Set of wheels (vertically) and the bull's need to just pull (forward motion) the load horizontally.
It would do wonders if you could actually use a set of commercial shock-absorbers (Oil-filled or Gas-filled ones) on both sides of the 3rd wheel instead of just plain compressed spring.

1. He cannot further innovate and mass produce his project due to massive corruption in tax deppt, land laws, expensive land to establish plant, corrupt police, corrupt judiciary and corrupt neta.
To reduce corruption we need right to recall MLA,MP,CM,PM, Police SP etc. And for fair justice we need to establish jury system, say a jury of 12 people will give verdict of guilty or not guilty, this way power of judge reduces and he is bound to give judgment as per jury. US and many other western countries have these law so subsequently they were able to make massive MNC's like apple, bmw etc. Bcoz the system is good and free from corruption they can devote their time in innovation etc and not bothering about police and court cases. Police and court cases reduce efficiency. Hope you got it. Laws I suggest to be implemented-
1. Votevapsi
2. Jury Courts
3. Referendum
4. Transparent complaint procedure
5. Remove gst
6. Empty land tax
7. Direct deposit of mineral royalty into accounts of citizens and military.

Peded support for shoulder of bull and little refining of joints where this landing gear attached with body is required.
Besides, four wheeler camel and bullock carts are already running on the country roads which are much more effective whether be load bearing issue or shock absorber issue.

This is good idea but being a mechanical engineer i personally fell by shifting the location of the third wheel some what behind or behind the bull shoulder will reduce more weight from bulls shoulder.

Wonderful job! There should have been a pair of load bearing pata springs , so that the overall height increases, the load on the oaxs decreases.
When the load reduction is already achieved by one load bearing pata then why use a pair of them and where would a pair be fitted?

The small 3rd wheel should be tilted towards the cart (backwards). Otherwise a small obstruction for the front wheel may need more effort to clear it.

According to me it is very good idea and creative technology but I want to give you a suggestion that you have to fit a soccer between the Iron rod because if there will be a soccer it will automatically adjust without any bolt and any metal requirement thank you 😊

One of the inventors says that the implement was designed keeping 'offroad' in mind.
I have reservations precisely on the off-road aspect. Indian bullock cart tracks are notoriously uneven. The central median of the track contains ditches, stones, small boulders and even plants besides being very uneven. The third wheel is supposed to run on the median with all these obstacles, and frequently come up short against any of the said obstacles.
Another aspect is it's balance. During the demonstration itself I noticed the pillar has skewed to one side.
Turning left or right is another factor that has to be addressed. There is no driver control over turning of the wheel to left or right.
Your objections are correct. But those can be removed in refinement.

Years together we see those Bullock carts but no one come up with solution.
I too noticed that. They would have to use stronger Nuts-Bolts sooner or later. The Top-Most fitment/attachment to the mainframe is supported by Only 4 Bolts, Those Bolts must be sufficiently stronger. This might be because this is their prototype or early versions.
Most likely they are already aware of the issue and working to rectify it. Though they proceeded with the interview with whatever functional piece they had.
Congratulations to the students.. one more concern.. when the tire gets flat, the puncture has to be repaired quickly and proper air pressure has to be maintained..

Excellent innovation guys, keep it up.
Few considerations you can keep in mind to further optimize the design.
1. The cart tyres and Bulls work in tandem and in sync with each other's.
Adding third wheel in front will definitely reduce the vertical load on bull's neck. But it will not be able to pull cart on uphills. Bulls will not be able to apply force to pull the cart up in ramp, instead the cart will pull it back. Front height needs to be lowered on uphills so that Bulls can pull it up well.
2. On downhill direction or on downward slope - cart will push the bull's. Generally theses carts don't have breaking system. Hence, adding breaks to tyres will make this design a fantastic one on downhill roads.
3. Most of the times these carts run on uneven roads. Means two side strips of road are deeper than the middle part of road. So this third tyre will hang on bull's on such roads. Here also the front height should be adjustable as per load or bull's height on uneven roads.
4. In fields, Bulls actually pull the cart as per their judgement and adjust the front height as per needs. Third tyre will restrict this auto height adjustment. So solution is that the third tyre should be removable/adjustable.
All in all, the third tyre with breaking system will of great help for bull's neck on tar roads over longer distance.
