Thrice - Silhouette // Guitar Cover

One of my favourite bands of all time! This was always a stand out track. I was lucky enough to see them in London last week and at Reading Festival the next day. Instantly felt compelled to learn this classic.
Recorded using an 81' Fender Bullet, DI into Logic Pro X using Amplitube 3. Tuned to Drop C.

+George Rockett they are a pretty good band. try Sundance, Lungs and Lanterns, or Raindance. they are all p good songs imo

Nice cover! Mind if I ask how you created this tone in Amplitube 3? I cant seem to get good tones out of Amplitube.

Thanks dude. It always takes a while to get a decent tone out of Amplitube. I tried orange/marshall first but couldn't get the low end. I'll have to dig out the logic file but I'm pretty sure this was a Soldano head with Orange 4x12 cab. Compressed and a little reverb.
