Dude, I’ve been watching and rewatching this video periodically for over a year and I have got to say, this absolutely my most watched video on RUclips. Every single time I get to the end I just love the film and this trailer so much. Fantastic work
Stunning take on the material. I love the way you spent most of the trailer simply showing faces locked in various reactions. that was a bold move and it works wonderfully on the viewer. Excellent work.

i just watched this masterpiece today and it was so intense and totally badass. they got some of the best actors of all time in here. De Niro and Pacino are the best.
This movie is a masterpiece on so many levels!Both protagonists (Al Pacino,Robert De Niro) love their craft and have an obsession with it,they are desciplined and laser focused one as a cop another as a thief!They both put their craft over romantic love! Thats the reason that they respect each other and you can see that at their sitdown they can see themselvs in one another the subtle respect is always there even when Neil dies!It is also about men friendship and brotherhood Neil loved his crew when one of his brothers got shot he could leave by he risked his live saving him,he also avenged them in the end when he could have left and lived his imaginary life with the woman he loved!

The two awesome actors of all time meet in this movie! I think this is the best action thriller movie form the 1990s! I still remember, when I have seen it in a movie theater! I heard back then from a friend, that one guy fell asleep during the movie! He woke up, when they left the bank and the shooting starts on the street! Some people in the offices on that street thought the shooting was real, because they were not informed!
Liked it - but redo this where we don't see anything from the third act. It's supposed to be a trailer, not a spoiler - and no third acts in trailers should just be the rule. Great opening though, really smart to sell the midpoint speech and really smart to end the first half of your open ON: Paccino and then to go into McCulley's flip side to that coin. All good there. Also, as a modern trailer, it's still pretty one note. I think you need to pull some energy from it - a lot of Heat is ethereal and melancoly but it's also kinetic - and we're missing that here. Shots like the truck hitting the amoured car, the windows blowing out and McCulley slamming Wanegrow against the window in the diner - all should be in there, along w/the look Sizemore gives. Also - a few "look" shots - the look on the dazed, concussed armoured truck guy who's staring at Wane grow should be there - the center framed chewed up cop car from the shootout should maybe be there - and put Voight in there, as well. Do it again, I like your stuff but, do it again please. Lift me up. Sell me on Heat as it should be sold: because as regarded as it is, it's criminally underappreciated. A work of genius. Hats of to Mann to the nth degree. Really love his wordless climaxes - he's such a genius. And an incredibly underrated writer as well. Guy's got an incredible ear for dialog. But, please - do it again, no third acts.
He did get the armoured car at 0:29, I don’t see how he’s spoiling the third act of the movie, as the only glimpse we get... is of Pacino turning his gun to the camera, there doesn’t seem to be any give away. Obviously I’ve seen what happens there, but for someone who doesn’t know..? Best regards, David.
Really well done. Only missing some credits. Loved the music. Glad you captured some of the scariness of Kevin Gage. Most others concentrate on the obvious stars. I'd like to see what you do with another Michael Mann flick: Thief. Maybe also Blade Runner.
2:20 - 2:38 isn’t part of the song we hear, where does that sound sample originate from... I’d like to know, you seem to have layered some sounds together there. Are they from a generic library or the original score? Best regards, David.
Nice attempt at making a trailer to this masterpiece, but you screwed it up with the music. You could've added a song from the Heat Soundtrack there were so many of tracks way better than this garbage you added.
Sorry, but as someone who has seen this film over 500 times....this trailer is absolutely terrible. That song you put in is what ruins it. Sorry. But thats constructive criticism.
I have to agree. This is my favorite film and the song at the end butchers it. You should’ve used a song from the soundtrack or a piece of Elliot Goldenthal’s original score. You had me focused and engaged the first half of the trailer.... you were headed in the right direction but the song just messed it all up.
You can see where Nolan's inspiration for how he wanted the Dark Knight to be shot in this film.
