Those class 321’s bring back memories of when I used to take the SPT class 320’s to work from Helensburgh to Glasgow.. but they were only ever 6 coaches max
I believe this became a regular thing when GA introduced the 'Norwich in 90' service, so additional 321s were added to assist the 90s. As for now though, I imagine its all run by 745s as the 90s have all been withdrawn.

I didn't know that class 321s went to Norwich
They go Southend Victoria, Norwich, Colchester and London Liverpool Street. Also Southminster.

The stopping peak hour train to Norwich has always been a 321
