personally I enjoy being around people that change more slowly/at their own pace, the best way I’ve found to describe that type of person is like a lighthouse lol as someone who gets pressured easily to move faster than I’d really want to, being able to vibe with ppl who are more chill helps me come back to myself and notice if im moving super fast bc I genuinely want to or if im trying to keep up with other people’s pace 😮💨 i really appreciate your vlogs and im wishing you well on your RUclips journey!! ☺️🫶✨

I have been feeling pretty much the same way for the past 3/4 weeks, initially it conincided with my period so I thought that's what it was but it has been weeks and I still feel extra anxious, I feel lonely (which is strange because I like being alone and rarely feel lonely), I feel lost, I feel sad. I did not really talk to anyone about this because I feel like if I did it would sould like whining...so this video did make me feel less alone! Also, I am a January baby so another good occasion to feel extra sad was my birthday hahaha (plus I just turned freaking 30 years old!! which came with a whole avalanche of existential dread). Having some days off of work I also tried to fill the void by going outside on walks pretty much every single day. It was really cold which I liked. I know better days will come :), they always do. I also resonate with not being a goal oriented person, but as someone who is becoming an adult, my goal for this year is to be more intentional with the things that I do.
