I have multiple severe chronic illnesses. I’m also a breast cancer survivor. I just got out of a 3 month long deep depression. Then bam, severe panic attacks every day for a week straight! I’ve been living in the word lately. And I feel like the anxiety is devil attacking me cause I’m turning to god, and giving my life over to him. It’s like a full blown war is going on my mind and body. I need prayers! 🙏🏻
Wow..... I’m in bed crying. I am trying. I just started counseling for anxiety and I’m trying to heal. Trusting Jesus with my whole life. I’ve had it since I was a kid. And I’m 23 with two small children. Im trusting in Jesus to heal me completely. Because I don’t want this. me too.. we need him everyday more than ever... there is this verse isaiah 43:2 when you walk through the waters I will be wuth you. Even though you walk through the rivers, they shall not sweep over you. When you walk through the flames, you will not be burned, you will not be set ablaze.

But then you must understand when his word says : 👇 " Be Anxious for nothing, but in everything; IN EVERY SITUATION, by prayer and petition, with THANKSGIVING, present your requests to God. And the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your mind in Christ Jesus." So note that you MUST present your requests to God (of course with Thanksgiving) and trust in him. Then, my Sister, you find TRUE PEACE. Which in turn can bring healing to your soul. It may not be instant, but it will surely come. 💪
I can so identify with what she said. I also had strong anxiety since I was a child and thought that it was normal. Now I've realized that all my anxiety is part of the old nature. I am a new creature in Christ (2Cor5:17) and in that there is no anxiety... There is blessing, joy and peace, praise God. I am free in Him...
Amazing thank you. Jesus has restored me after emotional abuse (from my parents). There are still areas where I need healing but the areas where I hurt have gotten sooo small. It's amazing. I used to emotionally hurt all over. Now there is just a little bit left and I know I will be healed completely. Haleluja!

Receiving the Eucharist at daily mass has healed me of my depression and anxiety ❤️ I no longer need counseling and am tapering off my medication. Jesus is the great physician and he came for the sick ❤️
I can't say I'm fully recovered from anxiety but I entrust everything (my worries, fears, sadness) - whatever will happen to God because He is the only One who has control in everything. Through anxiety, my faith and spiritual aspect were strengthened. God really gave me the challenge I was not expecting and He knew that I can overcome it. God moves in mysterious ways. 😇

Brothers and sisters we who has anxiety it is not a disease but certainly very disturbing. I think it is wise not to talk your anxiety to everyone but ONLY to people who has faith such as your church leader. It works for me. Also tell yourself God loves me, I trust in Jesus, i walk and sleep under His wings. Lets be free together 😁
Why are you advising people on who they should or should not talk to about their anxiety? You could be preventing someone from receiving help from a person sent by God. If people wsnt to talk to other people about their anxiety that is their choice and their path.
Sometimes God send non-believers to do good works. People shoildnt ONLY rely on their ch7rch leaders. That is very unwise and even dangerous. There are a whole community of people including doctors, psychologists. Friends and family, coworkers even strangers who are good Samaritans that can help a person to cope and heal and fellowship with.
Lord. Today I declare a great new day for me as I'm taking my spirituality more serious and to live in Your Word instead of just reading it. Lord, I humbly ask of You if You can please help me obtain a meal Lord. It's been rough, I haven't eaten in a week, and I don't want to rummage thru trash and dumpsters anymore Lord. Hallelujah! Praise God! truly God is Good and there is power in the name of Jesus! I also once suffer from anxiety, depression and being suicidal but God pulled me up from the grave I was in to. I told my girlfriend that I don't want to live anymore and i just want to disappear I was crying but God saved me and forgiven me, He showed me that He is the only Light that I need in my life to eliminate the darkness that surrounds me everyday during my sufferings. I want to testify how good is our God into my life, He allows me to go into trials because of His perfect purpose and plan for me because I turn away from Him and stopped reading the bible because I was so afraid of what my aunt said to me that if I continually read the bible maybe i will lost my mind that's what she said and then I got scared and turn away from the bible and every videos or any thing related from God. I thought i was going to be well but last year, 2021 it got worsen until January 5, 2022 my parents and I decided to go to the hospital because my thoughts are like getting out of control but somehow God did not allow me to go, instead I get a massage for me to relax until I started depending to the therapist but even after the therapy I felt worst because I depend on that guy. Until I asked my self why am I here, why am I suffering and then I said to God "Panginoon, hindi ko na po kaya, wala na po akong lakas ikaw na po ang bahala sa akin" which means in English "Lord, I can't take it anymore, I don't have the enough strength, take care of me now" and from that day, God showed me the way day by day He teaches me how to live according to His will. He made me read the bible again even my parents said the same thing that my aunt said, God said to me through my girlfriend, even we read the whole bible we will never be enough only through Jesus Christ we are saved! And also God always reminds me through pastors and in His words that He will never leave me nor forsake and there is no reason to be scare because He is with me and thanks to God, all glory belongs to Him. And now God gave me this church full of servants of God who are joyful because of God working in every lives of this people. I don't have anymore reason to boast about my self because made me realize that apart from Him I cannot do anything, apart from Him I am dead, apart from Him I am lost and now all because of God's love and grace to me and through Jesus Christ I am healed in the power of the Holy Spirit, His presence covers me.
