Oni has ridiculous damage. The only reason you feel like he has low dmg is because people chain lights a lot in combos and confirms. If you remove lights and continue those combos with medium and heavy buttons, he would do massive dmg.
@@Apollo13inches If you play it back frame by frame you can see cr. MK come out, not DP, and the inputs are on the screen - he tried to press 3K but got light and medium kick first

he tried to use his U2 not DP but he messed up motion inputs completely
