TIP for Cutting out Didim Tile
Tip.1 재단할 부분에 자를 대고 칼로 여러번 그어줍니다.
Score the part to be cut out with knife using a ruler repeatedly.
이때, 힘을 강하게 주기보다는 가볍게 여러번 그어주세요.
Repeat scoring it with knife slightly rather than putting strength.
Tip.2 1mm 두께의 절반이상이 잘렸다면, 잘린 선을 따라 뒷면의 재단선을 표시합니다.
If the half of the thickness is cut, mark the cutting line in the back.
표시한 선을 따라 뒷면도 앞면과 마찬가지로 여러번 그어줍니다.
Score the back part with knife according to the line repeatedly as the front part.
Tip.3 칼로 잘린 홈의 깊이가 전체의 3/4 이상이 되면 앞뒤로 천천히 반복하며 접어서 재단합니다.
When the depth of the cut part is ¾ of the whole depth, slowly fold back and forth repeatedly.
칼질이 충분하지 않을경우 휘어질 수 있으니 최대한 많이 그어주세요.
If it isn’t scored with knife enough, it might be bent, so score it as much as possible.
Tip.4 재단면의 거친 부분은 잘라 낸 자투리 DIDIM TILE의 코팅면으로 문질러서 부드럽게 정리합니다.
Rub the rough part of cut side with to coating side of leftover Didim Tile until it gets smooth.
