- Coach Field Tote 40 is definitely one of my favorite bags from Coach, especially the leather version. It is so spacious and great for taking it on a road trip! I didn't buy it on the Coach website since this color had sold out. However, I do notice that they may have other color options and the canvas version available. I found mine on Poshmark, and I bought it without hesitation since I had been looking for this tote for a while. It came in perfect shape, in Coach retail box, and all the hardware was still in factory wrap. I wish the field tote had some pockets inside for organizational purposes, and the magnetic closure could be a little stronger.

I don't remember if you have this leather version. I think you would like the leather field tote too. It is not too heavy considered how big it is. I am going to start using it since the weather is getting cooler here in Texas 😆

Yes, the leather one is definitely heavier! I remember you mentioned you had injury before so this bag could be too heavy for you unless your husband takes over 😆

I have an eye on the Horse and Carriage Print, but Im concerned the bag would look too big on me, I'm 5'4 and I plan to use this bag for travel and to go out occasionally.
It could feel a little big, but if you need to carry a lot of stuff for work, it would be perfect!

How do you like this compared to the leatherology Kress tote? Which one would you recommend for a work tote?
Coach Field Tote 40 is my favorite! It is hard to explain. The leather on the Leatherology bag somehow feels less leather-like. And I love the crossbody strap on Coach tote

That's normal. Older one has a pouch but no interior pocket. Your bag is likely the newer version, which has a zip pocket instead of a pouch.

Personally I think the pocket is more useful. If I need a pouch I have better pouches 😆
