I ordered this dog bed, but it never arrived. Four weeks I went back-and-forth between Amazon, customer support and the seller. Both blaming each other for the product, not arriving and neither offering to replace or provide a refund. The post office tracking number shows that the product was lost in shipping. Photographed is the bare floor where I would have put the dog bed that I paid money for if I had received it. I guess for $80 I am entitled only to write this review of what would have been.
Any updates on how is now? Still good after months of use? Thinking of buying one for my dog. Thanks for the video and answer!. Ps I think the blue foam goes on top.
Not only do we still use it but our dog LOVES to do that digging thing before he lies down and he really works hard to dig in and destroy the thing and he has done absolutely no damage to it. Very durable!
Hi! Thanks for posting this because mine came without instructions. Just checking to make sure....the blue thinner pad goes on the bottom correct? And would you mind telling me what the instructions say about cleaning it? I've reached out to the company but haven't heard anything back yet.
Also...just wondering if you've washed the cover yet and how it did. We're getting a puppy that's not 100% potty trained yet. I'm going to put a washable pee pad over it just in case, but was hoping the cover is strong enough to stand multiple washings. Thanks
So I can't answer most of your questions because our dog doesn't really sleep on it. he occasionally walks over, drops a toy on it and starts digging. He gets tired after 2 minutes and moves on. So...we haven't needed to clean it yet but I would think it would wash well. Wewe pads normally take care of most issues, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Life with a puppy is always messy.

That's terrible! Amazon is normally super on top of making sure customers get a great experience. I'm really surprised to hear that. Sorry.
