I think this is the first list that I fully agree with considering all the circumstances and details of the information you put into it, unlike the other list I saw.
King should be at the top, as its stated that his scar was from a god level threat.. meaning he scales to god. He has also repeatedly beaten Saitama. He solos everyone on the list at the same time without difficulty.

This is because Orochi never considered King a worthy sacrifice despite knowing that he disintegrated EC's body with a single blow. However, in Saitama's case, by simply knocking out Rover, Orochi considered him a worthy sacrifice and the person who killed Gouketsu and EC.
Does he know exactly how EC died other than king did it? I only ask because if it was seen that king did it in one punch, then it would have been seen that king didn’t. Only we know that EC died in one hit. Same as goketsu. All they know is that he was defeated

The Garou, Platinum, Sage Centipede scaling issue dissappears when you accept the fact that Garou did get much stronger after his fight with Bang when he woke up. Dozens of times stronger... hundreds of times stronger.

Also you should do some lists with VERSUS, the new series by ONE. It would be interesting to look at how the enemies in VERSUS compare to OPM monsters and etc, especially as we get to see more of what the enemies can do.

I definitely love the list. I agree with a lot of the rankings. The only thing I disagree with and would change, is putting Vomit Fuhrer Ugly on the list, because unless you’re a character who is on the top 15 and up on the list, Vomit Fuhrer Ugly is literally a bad match for almost 90% of any character’s in one punch man. Darkshine who has one of the best durabilities in the series got harmed really bad from him to the point where his skin got melted. And human characters like Bang, and Flash wouldn’t be able to do anything. Them touching him is death already to them. And flash is sword is useless against him as well.
True, but Ugly also has to constantly replenish himself by melting and consuming (presumably) living organisms (not rocks and stuff). So if the human characters just run for a while, in theory Ugly should just die on his own.

It's a ton of work. Writing everything out, editing the recording, editing the visuals, gathering all the clips, panels and pages for the videos... It takes a ton of time. Plus What if Boros Turned Good is currently on pause for the time being. It will come back in late Spring.

Well its been stressed that the moon is at least symbolically, the eye of god and we know that vaccine man and homeless got their powers from the same source. I think God was just preoccupied with Blast and might've confused Garou and saitama. God might've thought Garou was the fist that turned against God and sent Sage centipede after him. I say this because of the panel of the moon over Garou when he fought tanktop master. Garou was still in the process of breaking his limiter during the sage and possibly during the tank top master fight. God probbably realized too late that Saitama was the one he was looking for during the battle on jupiters moon. Edit: God probably realized it was saitama right before God made Garou a disciple.

Carnage Kabuto is stated to be in a whole other league compared to Beefcake, so I think Elder Centipede is too much for him personally. I do agree that he could probably crush a couple of the weakest Cadres. Him vs Fughrer Ugly could maybe be interesting I feel.

Okay I agree with most of the list but I feel like Metal Bat should have been on it because it is established is OPM that near death experiences grant you a high power boost so him keeping up with monster garou in base would make sense since he did get the living shit beat out of him and so he got a big power boost and that was before Resonance
For now, I'd say definitely peak Cosmic Garou. In the future,as e Void can prove himself stronger, but if he's at all relative to Blast, then I just can not see him measuring up to peak Garou, who was going blow for blow with exponentially-growing Saitama for a while.

It's a ton of work. Writing everything out, editing the recording, editing the visuals, gathering all the clips, panels and pages for the videos... It takes a ton of time. Plus What if Boros Turned Good is currently on pause for the time being. It will come back in late Spring.

Well its been stressed that the moon is at least symbolically, the eye of god and we know that vaccine man and homeless got their powers from the same source. I think God was just preoccupied with Blast and might've confused Garou and saitama. God might've thought Garou was the fist that turned against God and sent Sage centipede after him. I say this because of the panel of the moon over Garou when he fought tanktop master. Garou was still in the process of breaking his limiter during the sage and possibly during the tank top master fight. God probbably realized too late that Saitama was the one he was looking for during the battle on jupiters moon.
Edit: God probably realized it was saitama right before God made Garou a disciple.

@@ogre3918 He has a lot of scale, especially in the anime, but many monsters can just have better attack potency.
Carnage Kabuto is stated to be in a whole other league compared to Beefcake, so I think Elder Centipede is too much for him personally. I do agree that he could probably crush a couple of the weakest Cadres. Him vs Fughrer Ugly could maybe be interesting I feel.
a tiny thing i disagree with is i think that child emperor should be in the Honorable mentions and phoenix man could be in C tier, otherwise great list
Okay I agree with most of the list but I feel like Metal Bat should have been on it because it is established is OPM that near death experiences grant you a high power boost so him keeping up with monster garou in base would make sense since he did get the living shit beat out of him and so he got a big power boost and that was before Resonance

Who do you think stronger between Empty Void or Cosmic Fear Garou?
For now, I'd say definitely peak Cosmic Garou. In the future,as e Void can prove himself stronger, but if he's at all relative to Blast, then I just can not see him measuring up to peak Garou, who was going blow for blow with exponentially-growing Saitama for a while.
