For real bro, that's why I try not to care about these Shadow legendary distributions. The chances of you getting good PvP IVs is so astronomically low and made no better by 4 or 5 additional chances you are better off waiting for a shadow raid version or being really picky with what legends are even worth taking a swing at.
Got to expert using trash IVs on a few mons lmao my Lanturn sucks, but we got it done. I don’t think IVs matter nearly as much as folks think. I see RUclipsrs who are constantly legends putting work in with some mons on their teams that aren’t exactly “ideal” lol unless it’s mirror match or a full fledged high high level game play

Shadow pokemon needs 20% more candies than the normal ones, you must have 120 Cresselia candies to teach it a new move

It would still be good, the species matters far more than IVs and Cresselia is good against 95 PERCENT of all meta pokemon in Great League.
