Its nice to see a practicing atty doing vlogs. I mostly see vlogs by law students but its still different when an experienced one give advice and tips.
I know in my heart na gusto ko magstudy and become a lawyer but i think the only thing that is stopping me talaga is LAKAS NG LOOB. I said this before from other blogs. I know I hate public speaking as well and ang confidence ko tlaga is below sea level sa baba. Im having hard time speaking my mind and expressing myself. As in malalang brain to mouth relay malfunction. Kaya bilib talaga ako sa tapang ng mga lawyers and law students.
I can still remember the days prior to exams, yung tipong I studied so much to the point where I was hospitalized once because of fatigue... but its still worth it. Also, true. Kapal ng mukha, tibay ng dibdib at lakas ng loob after law school ✊🏻🥺
Hello! Re: your hospitalization, oh no, that's terrible! Tiis lang, so that one day it will be just a funny story to tell your lawyer friends. Hehe. Or lawyer ka na ba? :) Kapal ng mukha talaga, tipong 65% prepared ka lang pero papasok ka pa rin just praying na di ka matatawag :))
Oh wow! Final stretch!!! I'm rooting for you! :) About the wait for results, di ako worried nung time na yun HAHA ang kapal 😂 It's not that I was sure I would pass, it's just that I didn't think about it! I enjoyed my break then, and you should, too ;)
Still waiting for my turn to enroll in a law school. Although I don't regret helping my family financially, times like this makes me envy those student who can enroll without hesitation.
Sorry for the late reply, Jocelyn. Yes, those who can enroll without hesitation are lucky. But everything will happen for you when the universe decides that it is time :)
Thank you so much! I'm planning to enroll in Law School. Since I am now working in the government, I would suggest to have a video about part time law student. You inspired me to pursue my dream :)
I know it's nearly a year na since this video was uploaded but I really really just want to thank you for creating this sort of content. :D Salamat, nakatulong po siya to at least establish my expectations.
You, talking fast means that you will get to include a lot of contents in one video. It becomes comprehensive and at the same time not boring to watch. I guess its your talent because some people talk fast and yet they are hard to follow. ❤️❤️❤️
This is so insightful! I recently passed UP LAE 2020, and I have been browsing RUclips and other sites for tips on what to expect in law school, how to prepare, etc. but your vlog is probably the most comprehensive and straightforward. Thanks for giving me an overview, at least, of (UP) law school, Atty! As a LAE qualifier, I still have to hurdle the preparatory program to be admitted to UP Law. Hopefully, I pass it! 😊
Oh wow! What an achievement! Well done! 🙂 I'm rooting for you!!! Please feel free to message me anytime if you have questions about law school, though I'm sure you can navigate the law school maze on your own. I have a bunch of UP Law students on here, makes me happy! And thank you for the kind words. :)
Hello Atty! I've been watching your videos from law school admission exam to this. Now, I'm waiting for the enrollment to start. Thank you so much for this video.
Looking forward for more law-related videos, atty! I'm an incoming gr.12 student palang po and I found it really worthwhile to watch your videos. I hope I'll be like you several years from now. More power!!!❤
thank you for sharing this to us. i graduated marketing management last 2017, and I'm planning to enter law school. However, I'm very uncertain if I will make it knowing that I'm not confident, very scared to go outside my comfort zone, and really really forgetful lol.
Thank you for this video, Attorney! I admire how you articulate all your words with confidence. I'm tuning 2nd year this s.y. and i hope i can be a Lawyer also, Inshaallah ❤️
Talagang daily source of motivation ko po content niyo Atty. 😭 Lalo na yung last part mam abt don't let anyone talk you out/discourage in taking Law. Really needed po talaga. Thank you po! ❤️💯
So thankful I found your videos atty!! I'm currently finishing my BA in fashion design, and since I found someone who took fine arts as pre law, it motivates me na doable ang law school! With perseverance!!! ❤

I'm a new subbie. ☺️ Atty. Me too I am so afraid of public speaking, but I am thinking now of entering to a law school after I finish my course this year. How I wish I'll get over with my fears too.
I am starting to like the idea of going to law school but my shy ass is saying no so I forget that idea thinking that I can't deal with recits and here I am again, checking videos about law school because I really want it😭
Such a great great help! Thank you so much Attorney! Hindi niyo po alam kung gaano kayo nakakapagbigay ng inspiration sa mga katulad ko. More power and God bless.
This is a very informative video about law school. I am also in awe because of the way you speak. Parang nabuhayan yung loob ko nung sinabi mo na madedevelop talaga ang public speaking skills mo sa law school even if you are not confident at first. Pero Atty., I have a question. What do you think is the best alternative for coffee & alcohol? I am planning to enter law school kasi but I have episodes of acid reflux from time to time (especially when I drink too much carbonated drinks, coffee, alcohol). I hope you notice me Atty.. Thank you po.
Hi! Interesting question! 😄 I think the effect of coffee on me was more psychological than physiological, actually. I think it was all in my head. Di naman talaga gumana yung coffee sakin to keep me awake or to make me more alert, so it was more of na-train yung mind ko to think that as long as I'm studying, it should be accompanied with coffee. So I think any drink (e.g. hot chocolate) will do, as long as your mind gets used to associating the drink with the act of studying :)
Subscribed.. still in law school, but I like how realistic you are. You're tone of voice is not condescending which gives a sense of encouragement .. 😊 hope to be like you po.. 😄
I'm taking business course, I don't know if it's a pre-law course or not but if I'm going to enter law school, should I need to take additional units if ever po na it's not a pre-law course?

Hi Ms Tina, I am re watching your videos, because you haven't uploaded new one yet. I hope you are doing okay! Looking forward for you next law school vids. I am learning a lot from you. ^^

When you said sleepless nights, is that a guarantee? Is it because of poor time management or is 16 hrs of studying in each day really just isn’t enough?
You don't get 16 hours a day to study. Within those 16 hours, you have to go about your daily routine (bath/ 3 meals a day/ whatever else), cram what you can before recitation later in the day, go to school to attend your classes for the day (usually more than one), actually attend your class, head back home, and then study for your classes the next day. I'm sure a lot of law students would agree that poor time management is not to blame for those sleepless nights. 😊
Tina Amador-Robles It seems I caught you at your free time. Thanks for the quick response! I guess those sleepless nights are truly unavoidable. When you mentioned that Law school is the equalizer, that those students from undergrad who didnt study much but still got at the top, natamaan ako dun.
