Agreed -- definitely the finest track on a soundtrack that was full of good ones. I most associate this with the scene where Kazuya found Tomoka crying under the bridge and lifted her up on his back. Something about that moment was just super-wholesome and redemptive -- showing Fukuyama being an all-around solid dude for once and the often-annoying Tomoka having a moment where you just wanted to give her a hug.
so I realize just how weird this is but about 3 years ago I used to be homeless. I lived in a van with my mom and brothers. all I had was my phone and whatever entertainment I could find. one day I decided to watch FMA Brotherhood which was the first anime I ever saw. after that I moved onto girls bravo. pretty much only for the boobs. (I was a highschool freshman don't judge me) I quickly began to enjoy the show. everyday the highlight of my day would be coming "home" just watch some more episodes of this show. unfortunately I had no service on my phone. so I would ask my mom to park the van somewhere like behind target so I could use their free wifi. everyday I would wait till around 11:00 at night just to watch this show. this song and more importantly this anime got me through some really bad times. it's funny to say honestly. when I told my friend how an ecchi anime got me through depression he just laughed and so did I. but I'm not afraid to admit it. this song gives me a melancholy nostalgic feeling I'll never forget. so thanks girls bravo. for being what you are and getting me through one of the toughest times of my life.
Tbh it helped me through the hard times too. I remember discovering this anime at age 10 and falling in love with it but a year later when my mom met someone new and brought his daughters into the mix, they mistreated me and I felt like my mom loved them more than me. Plus I dealt with issues at school such as bullies and mean teachers, but this anime really helped through the toughest moments. Whenever I was sad, I’d watch it and feel better. Whenever I was sick, I’d watch it to make me forget that I was sick. And this anime helped me pull through the toughest moments in my life.
