I’m in Morzine right now, it’s our second year for my son and I. We love it! Problem for me now is... I can’t keep up with my son anymore. I think it’s time to take your advice from your previous video and get some coaching! Amanda’s progress has been amazing to watch over the last year & I’m sure it’d help me too.
@@wolfpack_adventures I live in Peebles and actually grew up not far from there. Moved to Peebles about 11 years ago and got back into biking about 4 years ago. Great place to live, I'm smitten with the Tweed Valley 🤩
was there a couple of weeks ago. Have to agree about Samoens, we did 2 descents from la Bourgoise to Samoens and it was some of the best biking I have ever done!
Great video, as a local here in Morzine it's really cool to see people cover our resort and make videos here! Really like your arguments, just one thing.....(you need help with some of the resort name pronunciations) Keep up the good work! I'm loving it
Went for the 1st time 2 yrs ago for my 40th , absolutely loved it . Was apprehensive at first but loved every minute . Really leaves you with the mtb bug !
To me it doesn't beat the 12 hour ride any time and any day of the week. I really enjoy the long roadtrip. It gives me that feeling of holiday and freedom. Besides that it gives you a lot of freedom and more opportunities when you're there with a car. I love the Alps so much! 😍
What awesome places to ride and beautiful scenery, man reading thru the comments I find a few that don't deserve a reply, great video and info thank you
Hi ! I really enjoyed this video ! I just found out you did not talk about avoriaz or les lindarets... These places are great and you can access to it with your pass (and you can stay in avoriaz even if that’s a bit more expensive) ! Just saying !
True! I didn't really talk too much about those places, but you're right...there is deffo a ton of riding in that area that's worth checking out if you're in Morzine for a biking holiday.
Hey dude, do you have a link or name of the shuttle company that took you to Samoens? We might try Morgins this year so looking for companies.... Cheers mate.
Hi man I'm not 100% sure - we used the motorhome and just drove there - You could ask in a Morzine Facebook group, I'm sure somebody would be able to tell you who the company is
@@wolfpack_adventures it's called Mountain Spirit, there is also a cool guiding company in Morzine who can take you there and beyond called RideAbility!
Awesome stuff Matt - tips.... Other than what's in the video, is there anything specific you want help with? That'd make it it easier for me to answer - and I can give you a more detailed answer
@@wolfpack_adventures Nothing I can think of specifically. I think its because it's an unknown and feel like I might be out of my depth. Saying that I have ridden BPW, Black Mountain CC, Revolution and Antur Stiniog so hopefully I should get on allright.
I was there at the same time and was riding these routes 💪 also should be mentioned that les gets and avoriaz are in this video and they are all next t each other and are included in lift pass
Yeah I agree with you!there are some brilliant trails when you get out of the bikeparks. Scott Laughland recorded an Instagram video of one recently worth checking out
Why shouldn't it... My channel has made a lot of videos showing my skills and progression from not being able to ride a bike at all and progressing over 3 years. So yes it should cut to me regardless of my sex 😊
Well Amanda that wasn't explained, nor where you introduced. As a woman Ive experienced the verbal jokes, shaming and lack of encouragement in sports from male peers. So what I am saying is that to cut to a woman, who is unknown to viewer, is how i read it. Maybe an introduction of Amanda, and saying how it's a perfect resort for beginners would be more sympathetic to the nervous newbie. It was in Morzine, when a guy said to, "All the gear & no idea."
@@charlyannekirby but I'm not a beginner...you assumed that because I'm a woman. I'm just a regular mtber...intermediate in some things.. Shit at others.. And amazing at parts if it... In fact an all round skill level... I think your own experiences have coloured your view of the world and I'm sorry for that. But taking offence and attacking another woman over it online is not the way to support women in this world.
Great video. Very informative. Thanks for taking the time to produce and post 👍
Glad it helped you out! Got more videos like this coming soon
Yeah this has just moved a long way up towards the top of the bucket list. Great video, thanks!!
Awesome thats so cool to hear 🤟

Glad you enjoyed it!
Great review!!😉
Glad you enjoyed it, and I hope it's helped you out Luis!
Hey i have a question: when you pay that 280€ is it for all france bike parks or just one single bike park?
It's just for the lifts in the portes du soleil, but there's a lot of lifts in there
Very useful!!
Glad it was helpful Michiel!
Where is the trail at minute 2:30?
Great content! What cameras did you use to shoot this?
Hey man, I shot this on a number of cameras: Sony A6300 with an 18-105 Sony lens, Gopro Hero 7, Mavic Air Drone
Quality vid bud 🤙🏻
Glad you digged the video man
La Clusaz need different ski pass?
Yes
Could you tell me the name of the company doing shuttles to Samoens please?
Hey man, I'm not sure, best bet is to join Morzine Crew on Facebook and pop a question in there, If I had the details I'd tell yoi

WOLFPACK ADVENTURES you did my bad- nice video I think you mentioned everything
What trail is 2:33 and how do I find it?
It's the black trail on super morzine called Hattock
how is it for campervans?
Not as friendly as it used to be, but there’s still plenty of places to park etc
Im really not that fussed on bikeparks and Morzine is no different but what it does have is some really , really good fun off piste trails
Yeah I agree with you!there are some brilliant trails when you get out of the bikeparks. Scott Laughland recorded an Instagram video of one recently worth checking out
Lol had a fight with Danny Heart at his local bike park because I fell and slowed down his run... he's epic at downhill but shit at fighting 💪
Lol😂 made me laugh that
@Deon Hudach not fussed really mate
Awesome Video guys! You should check out Pila if you haven’t already! Such a good park😛
Appreciate your feedback, yep I've been to pila and absolutely LOVE the place!! Need to head back
How to go from airport to town ?
Alpy Bus are my goto shuttle company! Good price and plenty of transfer times
I watch this video as if I am not a Morzine local 😂 it's funny to have the other point of view
after that video i would like to hit ur crew and have some rides over there
Riding with mates is the best!
It has an Inbread rate of 45% in the village

Its strange to see all the slopes i do everyday but in video
You should get out on them!

Broke my thumb first day there
Bugger!
