Technically, he’s now “Beast Bendy”, not “Ink Demon”. Bendy is the cartoon, Ink Demon is the slim monster, and Beast Bendy is the tall buff monster.
Beast Bendy and The Ink Demon are the same. Beast Bendy is just a form of him but it is still The Ink Demon

Huh, the growling of Beast Bendy in the first game was what inspired the voice of the Ink Demon in the second!
Also I just thought of a new story alternative for the scene with J.D.'s memory, what if he had said that the Ink Demon, while a mistake, was his first step to creating Audrey, so he had him to thank for his delving into pure life. Even if he messed up the first time.

For some weird reason I thought that demon bendy was a little good cuz he literally offered Audrey all the power she could have and had the intention of giving her life meaning

I kind of prefer the original shambling Bendy. He was tall and distorted, affected the area around him, smiled like a true demon. If anything the 2017 version was the best version it encapsulated the idea of a haunted Bendy
The new one just seems edgy for edgys sake

In my opinion 2017's Bendy was suppsupposed to look like the cartoon cut outs turned into demons. 2022 was Benndy becoming the Devil himself.

once I was playing the original batim final boss on the switch and it got to a point where I had to leave my switch for a second but when I came back, it resettled the chatter to the part before Henry enters the ink demons throne
but here’s the thing: I couldn’t get in because the lever had already been turned on, the door was closed but the switch had been flipped, meaning that I had to restart the ENTIRE game all over again

1.1 Bendy and the ink demon are implied to be different entities/personalities sharing a body or…
1.2 it’s a reference about the version of undyne from the parody series “if undertale was realistic” either way…
1.3 the fanimations I saw… (imma quote markiplier) WHAT?!!!?? SEVEN!?!??!!? years ago are lore accurate when they made bendy and the ink demon separate people so that the scrunkly boi is more lovable

Bendy and the Dark Revival is, in a lot of ways, superior to Bendy and the ink machine. However, with maybe the exception of the visuals, this is not shown more than in how the Ink Demon was potrayed. While they attempted to make it scary in the first game, it rarely appeared and can easily be dispelled when it did come. Almost any enemy would automatically lose aggro the second you jumped in the locker, even if they were right behind you and staring at you. In the newer game, the ink demon can appear at any second and you have to hide before it comes. More importantly, if you are fighting nearby hiding zones are blocked out automatically. It leads to this frantic dive where you either find a hiding space or just die. That way the lingering thought of the ink demon is never really forgotten as you play the game.
